This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Pikova Ventures LLP (“Pikova”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of India. This Policy governs how we collect, use, store, process, and protect personal data of users (“User”, “you”, or “your”) who access or use our website, mobile platform, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”). It is framed in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 2. Nature of Business 

Pikova Ventures LLP operates in the branding, marketing, distribution, and sale of natural mineral water and beverage products. While Pikova may act as the brand owner and marketer, certain products may be manufactured by authorized third-party production partners. These partners are strictly limited to production, packaging, and supply functions and are not permitted to independently process user data beyond what is necessary for fulfilling these purposes under Pikova’s instructions.
