Shipping policy

Pikova delivers 20 litre jars of natural mineral water to homes and offices in Gurugram and New Delhi, starting on the day confirmed after your order and then at the rhythm of your plan: weekly, every three days or every other day, between 10 am and 4 pm. There are no deliveries on Sundays. The night before each delivery we confirm it on WhatsApp. Every jar arrives sealed. At each delivery we collect the empty jar from the previous one; jars are never refilled or reused and are collected only for responsible recycling. Please keep the empty near the door. A delivery missed because nobody was home is rescheduled to the next available day. To move a delivery, tell us on WhatsApp before 9 pm the night before. A delivery challan accompanies every jar; your tax invoice is issued once per order and is available in your account.
