Our Eco Policy

What happens to Pikova jars after use?

Used jars are collected and sent directly to certified PET recycling facilities. They are never cleaned or refilled.

How do I return jars for recycling?

Customers simply keep empty jars aside and the delivery team collects them during the next delivery.

Will Pikova move to glass or other eco materials in the future?

Pikova remains open to better alternatives as technology evolves, but currently food-grade PET with certified recycling is the most responsible scalable option.

Packaging & Safety

Why does Pikova use plastic jars instead of glass?

Glass jars at this size are heavy, fragile, and risky during delivery. Pikova uses food-grade PET jars that are safer and more practical for premium doorstep delivery.

Why doesn't Pikova reuse jars like other water brands?

Pikova follows a single-use hygiene system to avoid contamination risks associated with repeated plastic reuse. Every used jar is recycled instead of refilled. This exclusive model is used first time in India, is called as NRM (non-reusable model).

Is there a deposit on Pikova jars?

No. Since jars are not reused or refilled, there is no deposit system.

Isn't single-use plastic harmful for the environment?

Pikova acknowledges the concern and explains that every jar is responsibly collected and recycled through certified PET recycling facilities.

Subscriptions

Why is there a minimum monthly quantity?

A minimum quantity helps maintain consistent delivery discipline, hygiene standards, and uninterrupted supply logistics.

What if my water consumption changes month to month?

Unused quantity carries forward into the next cycle, so customers are not penalized for fluctuations.

Can I order Pikova without a subscription?

Yes. One-time purchases are available, though subscriptions offer better pricing and continuity.

Can I change or upgrade my subscription plan?

Yes. Customers can upgrade or downgrade plans anytime, with changes taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The Water

Is Pikova Natural Mineral Water safe for daily consumption?

Yes. Pikova Water comes from protected Himalayan aquifers where water is naturally filtered through rock and mineral layers over time. It reaches you with its natural mineral balance intact, without being stripped, artificially rebuilt, or chemically adjusted.

Is Pikova spring water or natural mineral water? What's the difference?

Pikova is natural mineral water, not spring water. Natural mineral water has a stable mineral composition and must contain at least 250 ppm TDS. Spring water does not have strict regulation for mineral content.

Is Pikova Water alkaline? What is its pH level?

Yes. Pikova Water is naturally alkaline with a pH generally between 7.8 and 8+.

How is Pikova different from RO water, packaged drinking water, and ionized alkaline water?

RO water is stripped of natural minerals and then artificially rebuilt. Ionized alkaline water may raise pH through processing but is not naturally mineral-rich. Pikova naturally contains minerals from the source itself without chemical alteration.

Who is Pikova Water best suited for?

It is designed for people who care deeply about what they consume daily - families, wellness-conscious individuals, and people who value thoughtful living and quality.
